This was the final stop of the American 2003 Poodle Hat Tour.

The Grandstand is beginning to fill up.

The Stage. Five screens, and Al's quick change tent is off to the left (his right.)

It was an overcast day, just cool enough to need a jacket.
I was worried about rain, but aside from a few sprinkles during Melanie, there was none.

The opening act. She was asked to open shortly before the concert started.
She was nervous, but she did a great job. Good family friendly stuff.

She told a few corny jokes, and did some rope tricks.
It wasn't as lame as it sounds. I enjoyed her act a lot.

There was a guy in clown makeup, his name is Bill Robison, that was working the crowd
before and after the opening act. There were some technical problems,
so there was about half an hour between the opening act and Al.

He was kind of annoying at first. But after a while, it was kind of funny.
And it kept us entertained until Al and *TBITB came out.
